About the Role
The Physiotherapist / Rehabilitation Therapist will contribute to the assessment and rehabilitation of patients across appropriate clinical areas.
The role is intended for a professional who values patient-centred care, clinical learning and a structured approach to rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
• Assess patients and contribute to appropriate rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions within professional scope.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant observations.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients regarding rehabilitation and self-management.
• Collaborate professionally with other members of the clinical team.
Requirements
• Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy or a related rehabilitation discipline.
• Strong interest in patient-centred rehabilitation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-informed practice.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
